How do I manage the filters in my air purifier?

You won’t believe how much a clean pre-filter can transform the power of your purifier.
The Airmega 150 is engineered with an EZ Release filter, so you can wash, quick-dry, and replace the filter with ease.
The unique Coway filtration system helps eliminate ultra-fine dust and odours.
STEP I
Pre-Filter ━ Captures large dust particles, pet hair, and other contaminants.
STEP II
Activated Carbon filter ━ Reduces odour and harmful gases.
STEP III
Ultrafine Particle Filter ━ Traps and captures particles and dust down to less than 0.01 microns in size at 99.999% efficiency.
*This test is based on the HEPA filter media standard.
* Actual performance will be determined by indoor and quality and operation of the unit.
How do I return an item?

Why do I still have unresolved issues with the product?
You may need to contact the service centre. Unplug the filter and contact Toll-Free Customer Service at +971 55 300 6565 between the hours of 9AM – 6PM (GMT+4), Mon-Sat.
Why does the air coming out of the Airmega smell bad?
It may be time to replace the filter.
Check the filter cleaning and replacement schedule.
Clean or replace the filter as needed.
Why does the pollution level indicator consistently show a high level of pollution?
The indicator may be set to insensitive.
Adjust the indicator to the sensitive or standard level setting.

How is the refund and Cancellation Policy ?
You can cancel your subscription anytime with a 2-month notice period. Cancellations within contract period are subject a dismantling fee. As our service is offered on a subscription basis and can be cancelled anytime, a refund policy doesn’t apply to the monthly bills. During the subscription period, you are covered by an unlimited warranty should there is any defect on Coway’s products.
What is the Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty?
Subject to the terms and conditions of this limited warranty, Coway warrants that the motor and electronic parts of the product will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of its original retail purchase. For more information, please check your warranty policy in the user manual.
