Returns and Refunds Policy

• Overview: This policy explains the procedures and conditions for returning purchased items and receiving refunds.
• Eligibility: Items can be returned/exchanged provided that we are notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt of your order and that the item is returned within 15 days from the date of delivery. The product you return must be in new, unused, condition with all its original packaging and product tags still attached. New and unused shall mean there are no marks on the items or signs of wear and use. Assembled cannot be returned/exchanged.

• Refund Policy: Items can only be refunded in the event the items are damaged, incorrect items at the time of delivery or have a non-rectifiable issue.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed back to original payment method or as mutually agreed upon.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except if the return is due to an issue with the item.
