Shipping Policy

• Overview: This policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered to customers.
• Order Processing: Orders are processed within two-four (24) business hours after payment confirmation. 
• Shipping Methods: Tafani LLC shall deliver the products to the customer’s address where reasonable access is available via standard shipping.
• Shipping Rates: Delivery is free for orders over AED 200. Delivery fee of AED 25 applies to orders under AED 200. 
• Delivery Times: Orders shall be delivered within forty-eight (48) hours for orders shipped to Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Kindly be aware that some areas of the UAE may not be included in our coverage or may experience a longer service (delivery expected after 2 days).
• International Shipping: International shipping is not available.
